  • We may accept the whole or part of your order. You will be notified by e-mail if only part of your order can be accepted.
  • You will be notified by e-mail when your order is processed. We will debit your account with the appropriate amount in full on accepting your order and will not be deemed to have accepted your order until we have debited your account. In order for us to accept an order from you, you must be over 18 years old at the time of placing the order.
  • We may need to debit your account by more than the amount stated due to circumstances beyond our control (i.e. an increase in duty). Under these circumstances, we will notify you by e-mail before processing your order.
  • We will deliver the products you ordered to the delivery address you have specified in your order. We will not despatch your order until we have received cleared funds.
  • We will use an independent carrier for all deliveries. Delivery will normally be at any time between 0800 and 1800 hours, Monday to Friday. If there is no one available to accept the delivery, a card will be left by the carrier so that you can make subsequent delivery arrangements directly with the carrier. All deliveries must be accepted and signed for by a person who appears to be or can prove themselves to be over 18 years old.
  • If, ultimately, the carrier is unable to deliver your order, it will be returned to us and you will be charged to have it

Our Liability to You
  • We reserve the right to limit any responsibility or liability for non-delivery of your order unless either:
    i) The entire order fails to arrive within 28 days of confirmation that your order has been accepted and is being processed.
    ii) Full details of any shortage are reported to us within seven days of receiving the part delivery.
  • We will deliver replacement items to you within 10 days of your telling us about the non-delivery of any shortages, or at our discretion, credit your account with the value of the products not delivered plus the delivery charge.
  • We will not have any responsibility or liability in connection with any defects in the quality of the products unless you give us full details of the defects within 7 days of when the defect ought to have been apparent to you.
  • The tasting notes sent with all orders are subjective and therefore subject to interpretation.
  • None of these terms affect your statutory rights
