We can accept orders from outside the UK for delivery within the
UK. We cannot, however, deliver to addresses outside the UK.
- Unless
otherwise specified, orders over £150.00 (one hundred fifty
pounds) in value, excluding carriage will be delivered free of
charge, all orders under £150.00 will attract a delivery
charge of £6.99 provided goods are delivered to a single
recipient at a single delivery address. N. Ireland, Highlands
and Islands will attract a delivery charge of £8.99 per
case regardless of value.
- All
orders placed will be despatched and delivered Monday to Friday.
- All
orders will be delivered within 5 working days (7 working days
for N. Ireland, Highlands & Islands) of your order being accepted
and processed.
- Our
carrier will try and deliver the product twice, after which you
will be responsible for making your own arrangements with the
carrier for the collection of the products. Your order will be
returned to our warehouse if it has not been collected from the
carrier within 21 days, and you will be responsible for collecting
it from us at your own expense.
- Please
contact us by e-mail, telephone or fax if you receive an incorrect
order, we are after all, human. We will then make arrangements
for the return of goods, send out the correct order or refund
you for the returned stock should you prefer.

We will ensure that all goods are in satisfactory and acceptable
condition when despatched, however, if goods are found to be faulty
on arrival, please e-mail us so that we can arrange either an
exchange or refund.
- All
returns must be unopened and in the original packaging. Please
e-mail for further information and details, giving a brief reason
for return.
- Goods
will be exchanged provided that they have not been opened and
are complete with original packaging and receipt

your convenience we can accept any of the following means of
payment: |
- On-line,
by entering your credit card details in the secure payment section
of this web site. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express
and Switch.
- Should
you wish not to use this facility, you may e-mail us, leaving
a contact telephone number and we will contact you to obtain your
credit card details.
- You
may fax your credit card details to us on 01661 853768.
- By
cheque, postal order, bankers draft or building society cheque
made payable to Spanish Spirit posted to the correspondence address.
This will usually add 4 to 6 working days to the delivery time
as goods will not be despatched until payment has been cleared.

prices are quoted in pounds sterling and all goods will be despatched
as soon as payment has cleared. |
