Serving:Serve at temperatures between 8 and 10°C. Perfect on it'sown an is especially suited to fish & seafood dishes, foie-gras. Also well suited tocream/cheese based pasta dishes & cheeses.
Tasting Notes: Greenish-yellow color with golden notes, crisp and clean. Very aromatic on the nose, inviting you into the glass by presenting intense aromas of apricot, aniseed and tropical fruits. It is composed, structured and with a balanced acidity. It is fresh, lush, with lots of citrus and aniseed on a soft and lingering finish.
