Cellaring:Cellar between 10 and 20°C with a humidity range of 75 to 85%, avoiding rapid temperature changes. Cellar for up to 1 year after purchase date.
Serving:Serve at temperatures between 8 and 10°C. Especially suited to fish & seafood dishes, foie-gras. Also well suited tocream/cheese based pasta dishes & cheeses.
Tasting Notes: Greenish-yellow color with golden notes, crisp and clean. Veryaromatic on the nose, inviting you into the glass by presenting intense aromas of apricot, citrus fruit and almonds. It is composed, structured and with a balanced, lively acidity. It is fresh crisp, yet has a soft and lingering finish.
