Serving:Serve at temperatures between 8 and 10°C. Serve with chicken, fish & seafood dishes, smoked meats and foie-gras. Also well suited to cream/cheese based pasta dishes & cheeses.
Tasting Notes:
Straw colour with golden notes, clean & brilliant.
Very fine nose which is full of fruit, with aniseed, sweet grass, fennel notes and a mineral edge.
Full body on the palate, loaded with fruit, with good structure and a nice dry finishing touch which is typical of this variety.
