Serving:Serve at 16-18°C.Perfect with game, roasts, lamb, casseroles, and cured meats, also well suited to pasta dishes and mature cheeses.Tasting Notes: Showing some maturity now with an indulgent dollop of ripe forest fruits and cherries on the nose which are balanced by a hit of spice. The palate follows on in the same vein with rich layers of fruits, spice and a characteristic Rioja profile.
