Serving:Serve at 16-18°C.Perfect with game, roasts, lamb, casseroles, and cured meats, also well suited to pasta dishes and mature cheeses. Tasting Notes: Bright cherry red colour and a scented nose of wild cherry blossom, vanilla and plum.Forest fruits dominate the palate with smooth, light tannins, medium body and the soft acidity make this the perfect partner to hard cheese or Chinese food.
