Cellar between 10 and 20°C with a humidity range of 75 to 85%, avoiding rapid temperature changes. Cellar for up to 2 years after purchase date.

Serving:

Serve at 18°C. Serve with game, roasts, lamb, casseroles, and cured meats, also well suited to tomato based pasta dishes and mature cheeses.

Deep cherry red colour with the mellow ruby tones of maturity. Complex, powerful nose with bursting with rich vibrant woodland fruits & mature forest berries followed delicate hints of toffee.
Well structured palate with good balance between tannin, acidity & alcohol, the distinct flavour of mature fruit fills the senses, the true character coming through at the finish which just goes on and on.
