Cellar between 10 and 20°C with a humidity range of 75 to 85%, avoiding rapid temperature changes. Cellar for up to 15 years after purchase date.

Serving:
Serve at 14-19°C.
Serve with game, roasts, lamb, casseroles, and cured meats, also well suited to tomato based pasta dishes and mature cheeses.

The Ribera del Duero altitude and temperature variations ensure good balance between acidity alcohol. The clean distinct flavour of mature fruit fills the senses, the true character coming through at the finish with wonderfully soft tannins.
