Delivery and Returns

Delivery Policy

We can accept orders from outside the UK for delivery within the UK. We cannot, however, deliver to addresses outside the UK (Including Channel Islands).

• Free Delivery: Unless otherwise specified, orders over £150.00 (one hundred fifty pounds) in value, excluding VAT & carriage will be delivered free of charge.

• Standard & Next Day: (Excluding the following postcodes: AB, BT, DD8-11, HS, IM, IV1-23, IV25-27, IV30-32, IV36, IV40-56, KA27-28, KW1-3, KW5-17, PA20-49, PA60-PA78, PH19-26, PH30-44, PH49-50, TR21-25,  ZE)

• All orders under £150.00 excluding VAT & carriage will attract a standard delivery charge of £6.99 or £8.99 for next day delivery for non perishable goods provided goods are delivered to a single recipient at a single delivery address. All standard delivery orders will be delivered within 5 working days of your order being accepted and processed. Order before 12:00pm for delivery next working day.

• Perishable Products: Any order containing perishable products regardless of the proportion of perishable products will attract a delivery charge of £8.99 provided goods are delivered to a single recipient at a single delivery address. All orders containing perishable products will be sent ‘Next Day Delivery’ in suitable containers.

• N. Ireland or Highlands & Islands: (Including but not limited to the following postcodes: AB, BT, DD8-11, HS, IM, IV1-23, IV25-27, IV30-32, IV36, IV40-56, KA27-28, KW1-3, KW5-17, PA20-49, PA60-PA78, PH19-26, PH30-44, PH49-50, TR21-25,  ZE) Please e-mail info@spanishspirit.com for the current rates if your delivery address is N. Ireland or Highlands & Islands as these areas will attract an additional delivery charge. Please allow a minimum of 7 working days for delivery to N. Ireland, Highlands & Islands. Please note that we do not deliver to the Channel Islands.

• Saturday Delivery: All orders placed will be despatched and delivered Monday to Friday. Saturday delivery will attract an additional charge. Please e-mail info@spanishspirit.com for the current rates.

• Our carrier will try and deliver the product twice, after which you will be responsible for making your own arrangements with the carrier for the delivery/collection of the products. Your order will be returned to our warehouse if it has not been collected from the carrier within a reasonable period (determined by the courier) and you will be responsible for collecting it from us at your own expense. 


Returns Policy

Wines, Spirits & Non-perishable Foods

Spanish Spirit will provide a full refund or replacement for any wines, spirits or non-perishable foods that are faulty. We may require faulty products to be returned to us in their original packaging. Once the faulty goods have been received and inspected we will offer you at our discretion either a refund or send a replacement to the original address. If you require a refund or replacement for any items please e-mail info@spanishspirit.com

Perishable Foods

We always ensure the all our products leave us in perfect condition and in suitable packaging to ensure that you will receive them as they left us using our 24 hour delivery service.
As we cannot control storage conditions once the goods have left us we regrettably cannot offer refunds on perishable products unless there has been a significant delay by the courier making the first attempted delivery. Our Liability to You
We reserve the right to limit any responsibility or liability for non-delivery of your order unless either:

1. The entire order fails to arrive within 28 days of confirmation that your order has been accepted and is being processed
  • 2. Full details of any shortage are reported to us within seven days of receiving the part delivery
  • 3. We will deliver replacement items to you within 10 days of your telling us about the non-delivery of any shortages, or at our discretion, credit your account with the value of the products not delivered plus the delivery charge.
  • 4. We will not have any responsibility or liability in connection with any defects in the quality of the products unless you give us full details of the defects within 7 days of when the defect ought to have been apparent to you
  • 5. The tasting notes sent with all orders are subjective and therefore subject to interpretation.

None of these terms affect your statutory rights
